About Snappers…

cover.jpg

At Snappers Waterfront Cafe watch the local watermen in the scenic Cambridge Creek while enjoying Caribbean and Maryland inspired cuisine on the deck or sip a refreshing margarita with your toes in the sand at our world famous tiki bar . . .

John and Laura Sydnor opened Snappers Waterfront Cafe + Tiki Bar in June 1994 with one goal in mind - create a place to be treasured by both locals and tourists alike while offering the Eastern Shore’s best fresh seafood and Caribbean-inspired dishes and drinks. With a gorgeous scenic location on the Cambridge Creek and a quick 4 minute detour from Maryland Route 50, Snappers Waterfront Cafe + Tiki Bar is THE local favorite restaurant - offering a family-friendly and relaxing atmosphere for everyone to come and enjoy themselves!

Snappers, as the regulars affectionately call it for short, has something for everyone - from delicious Maryland lump crab cakes to Jamaican-inspired seafood and chicken dishes. Whether you’re craving our always-popular Snappers wings or Jordan’s Crabby Nachos (yes we serve nachos smothered in crab dip and yes it is as amazing as it sounds), Snappers is sure to delight!

Oh, and one last thing: It’s worth noting that our Maryland blue crab meat is delivered from the JM Clayton Company right next door - often still warm from being picked. So yea… we appreciate fresh food!

We love our employees and as a thank you to all their hard work Snappers will be CLOSED every Monday until further notice!
